Privacy Policy; Consent. This Privacy Policy is provided to tell you about CCM's policy regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data provided via the Site. Active Information Collection. When you access certain restricted areas of the Site, and/or receive Services, the Site will require you to submit a Password and Sign-In Name. This information is linked to Personal Data that you provided during the Site registration process.
Passive Information Collection.
